In January, I had the great privilege of collaborating with mezzo-soprano Laura Petravage, who teaches voice lessons and group voice classes at Potomac Arts Academy (among other things). She was preparing a recital and needed a violinist to perform Gustav Holst's Four Songs for Violin and Voice as well as the aria "Ebarme dich, mein Gott" from Johann Sebastian Bach's Saint Matthew Passion. She recently uploaded the recordings and I wanted to share them with you all! I had a wonderful time performing with her.

I liked how it went sort of slowly. I liked how your outfits matched. She was sparkly and you were sparkly. You were wearing black and the pianist was wearing black so it blended nicely. I liked the second song. It reminded me of Egypt, especially the first part when she wasn't singing.
